4. AI Assistant Acceptable Use
The Platform provides an AI assistant powered by third-party large language model (LLM) providers. When using the AI assistant, you must comply with the following rules.
4.1 Prohibited AI Usage
- Do not use the AI assistant to generate prohibited content. All content generated through the AI assistant must comply with the content restrictions in Section 2. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is published on the Platform.
- Do not attempt to extract training data or system prompts. Prompt injection attacks, jailbreaking attempts, and efforts to extract the AI system's internal instructions, training data, or configuration are prohibited.
- Do not submit sensitive personal information to the AI assistant. This includes health data, Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, passwords, or other sensitive personal data. The AI assistant processes inputs through third-party LLM providers, and submitting sensitive data creates privacy and security risks. See our Privacy Policy for details on how AI data is processed.
4.2 AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated content is provided for informational and creative purposes only. Do not rely on AI output as professional advice, including legal, medical, financial, tax, or engineering advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any AI-generated content before use.
4.3 Your Responsibility
AI-generated content published on the Platform is treated identically to content you create manually. You are fully responsible for ensuring that all AI-generated content on your sites complies with this AUP, applicable laws, and any other agreements you have with Lantanios.
5. E-Commerce Requirements
Builders who operate e-commerce stores through the Platform must comply with the following requirements in addition to all other provisions of this AUP.

All product listings must contain accurate, truthful, and non-misleading descriptions of the products or services offered. This includes accurate pricing, honest descriptions of product condition, clear disclosure of material terms, and truthful imagery.

Builders must establish and publish their own return and refund policies on their sites. These policies must comply with applicable consumer protection laws and must be accessible to buyers before purchase.
5.4 Prohibited Products
Builders must not sell products or services that fall within the prohibited content categories listed in Section 2. This includes counterfeit goods, stolen property, and any items that are illegal to sell in the buyer's or seller's jurisdiction.
5.5 Stripe Compliance
All e-commerce transactions on the Platform are processed through Stripe. Builders must comply with Stripe's Restricted Businesses list and Stripe's Terms of Service. If Stripe determines that a Builder's business falls within a restricted category, the Builder's payment processing may be suspended or terminated.
6. Domain Registration Requirements
Builders who register or manage domains through the Platform must comply with the following requirements.
6.1 Accurate Registrant Information
Domain registrants must provide accurate and up-to-date registrant contact information as required by ICANN policies. Providing false or misleading WHOIS information may result in domain suspension or cancellation in accordance with ICANN's Registrant Rights and Responsibilities.

Domains registered or managed through the Platform must not be used for:
- Phishing attacks or credential harvesting
- Distribution of malware or malicious software
- Sending spam or operating spam infrastructure

Registering domains in bad faith for the purpose of profiting from the goodwill of a trademark belonging to someone else (cybersquatting) is prohibited. This includes registering domains that are confusingly similar to established trademarks, brand names, or personal names with the intent to sell them to the rightful owner or to divert their traffic.
7. Enforcement and Consequences
Lantanios reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP and to take appropriate action based on the severity and nature of the violation. Enforcement actions are applied at our discretion, in any order, and may include the following.
7.1 Warning
For first-time minor violations, we may issue a warning that identifies the violation and requests corrective action within a specified timeframe.
7.2 Content Removal
We may remove or disable access to specific content that violates this AUP, with or without notice.
7.3 Account Suspension
For repeated violations, serious violations, or failure to correct a violation after a warning, we may suspend the account temporarily. During suspension, the Builder's published sites may be taken offline.
7.4 Immediate Termination
For severe violations, we may terminate the account immediately and without prior warning. Severe violations include but are not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Active distribution of malware
- Conducting or facilitating criminal activity
- Phishing or credential theft operations
- Threats of imminent physical harm
7.5 Law Enforcement Referral
We will refer matters to law enforcement when required by law (such as CSAM reporting obligations) or when we determine, in our sole discretion, that a referral is appropriate to protect the safety of individuals or the public.
7.6 Urgent Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove content without prior notice when we reasonably determine that the content poses an immediate risk to the safety of individuals, the security of the Platform, or exposes Lantanios to significant legal liability.
7.7 Effect on Billing
Refunds, AI credits, and affiliate commissions after a suspension or termination for a violation of this AUP are governed by the Terms of Service.
7.8 Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may contact us at [email protected] with a description of the situation.
8. Reporting Violations
We rely on our community to help keep the Platform safe. If you become aware of content or activity on the Platform that you believe violates this AUP, please report it.

To help us investigate effectively, please include the following information in your report:
- URL or location of the content or activity in question
- Description of the violation and which section of this AUP it relates to
- Screenshots or evidence if available
- Your contact information so we can follow up if needed
- For intellectual property complaints: identification of the copyrighted work or trademark, and a statement of your ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the owner
8.3 What We Do With a Report
We may review reports and take the action we consider appropriate. We are not obligated to act on a report, to respond to it, or to disclose our enforcement actions to the reporter.
8.4 Good Faith Reporting
Reports should be made in good faith. Submitting false, misleading, or frivolous reports — including reports intended to harass other users or to abuse the reporting process — may itself be considered a violation of this AUP.
9. Modifications to This Policy
Lantanios may update or modify this AUP at any time. Notice of a material change is given as Section 22 of the Terms of Service describes.
